Please join us in welcoming Michael Charrois as our federal NDP candidate for Burnaby North Seymour!
As you know, an election could be called at any time, and we are getting ready. Michael has won a robust nomination contest and is ready to get to work canvassing, fundraising, building a team and engaging with people in our community about why voting for the NDP is the right choice for all of us.
Michael volunteers extensively in the community, has candidacy experience, and is a constituency assistant to Susie Chant, MLA. Michael is also a well-known Theatre Arts Instructor. We would like to thank Michael for his commitment to representing NDP values in our community.
We would also like to thank Alim Fakirani who ran an excellent and fulsome nomination campaign. Alim is a successful and respected Instructor and Curriculum Developer for Aga Khan Education Services – Encounters Program. Among other community roles, Alim is a Committee Member of the Burnaby Art Gallery. Alim thanks all who supported his campaign and is looking forward to supporting Michael in the upcoming federal election.
