Sven Robinson endorses Michael

Our community will be well served by Michael.

I have known Michael to be a dedicated member who has served the NDP in many capacities. He is a tireless worker, serving in many roles including candidate for the NDP in the 2008 and 2011 federal elections for North Vancouver, as well as our 2017 candidate for the BC NDP in North Vancouver-Seymour. Michael also has years of experience working as a front line worker in the constituency office of MLA Susie Chant.

Jim Hanson endorses Michael

Michael Charrois understands the issues.

Like us, he lives right here and pays the same prices for groceries and housing as the rest of us. He has spoken with thousands of members of our community about their needs, as an MLA community organizer, community activist, political candidate. We are at a crossroads. We need real leadership on the issues that matter. I am voting for Michael Charrois.

Bill Siksay, former MP endorses Michael

Bill Siksay

He’s got my vote on April 28th.

Michael’s experience as a constituency assistant to MLA Susie Chant means he has on-the-ground experience of our local issues and how to help folks resolve them. As an actor and union leader Michael will bring a new perspective on Canadian culture, the arts, and working people that is missing from the House of Commons.

Janet Routledge, Member of Legislative Assembly for Burnaby North, endorses Michael

Janet Routledge

Michael has a strong labour background.

Michael began his political work as President of the Edmonton branch of ACTRA, the film actor’s union, when he was recruited by the NDP to be a candidate in the 2001 Alberta provincial election. Since moving to BC, he has continued to work, between campaigns, as an NDP EDA President and Candidate. He maintains his ACTRA/Union of BC Performers and Canadian Actor’s Equity Association Union memberships. Michael is also a member of The British Columbia Government and Service Employees’ Union (BCGEU) as a frontline worker in MLA Susie Chant’s community office. I know Michael will continue to strongly advocate for working people in Burnaby North-Seymour and that’s why I’ll be voting for him.
